Kim Pelletier

Owner & Physical Therapist


Kim Meyer-Pelletier is a graduate of the University of VT and has a BS Degree in Physical Therapy. She is a holistic health practitioner licensed as a physical therapist in the states of MA and CT. She has been a staff physical therapist at the Lahey Clinic in Boston, Director of Neurological and Neurosurgical physical therapy at Hermann Hospital in Houston TX, Director of Physical Therapy at Northeast Medical Center in Humble TX and has been in private practice in TX, CT and now MA. Kim has studied for 15 years with the Upledger Institute where she studied craniosacral therapy, visceral mobilization, as well as many other alternative therapies. She is a teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute. She uses traditional and alternative techniques to decrease dysfunctions and to help maintain or improve health and function. For 35 years Kim has worked with MD’s DO’s, psychologists, Naturopaths, NP’s, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other health care practitioners to provide quality, compassionate care to clients.


Kevin Pratt

Physical Therapist


Kevin Pratt has been a therapist since graduating from Quinnipiac University in 1997. He has been with Pelletier Physical Therapy since 2012. Kevin specializes in manual therapy and has taken extensive advanced coursework in that area. He is also a qualified teaching assistant for multiple manual therapy modalities. In his free time Kevin enjoys Crossfit, obstacle course racing and endurance events. He lives in Newington with his wife Jennifer and their two children Abbie and Miles.


Vera Killian

Physical Therapist


Vera Killian, MSPT is a UCONN graduate of the Physical Therapy program with a background in the study of Communications.  Over the past 8 years, her primary area of study is Cranio-sacral Therapy which includes SER and zero balancing.  She has also studied hypnosis, Psych-K, EFT, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Transformational Breathwork, medical intuition, Bodytalk and Chinese medicine and enjoys assisting others in their spiritual development and consciousness, healing and overall wellness.  She lives in Andover with her husband and animals and enjoys the winter skiing and bikes in the summer.


Cricket Medbery

Physical Therapist


Cricket Medbery graduated from the University of Hartford with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has a bachelor’s degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO in Exercise Science with a concentration Athletic Training. Cricket is a certified athletic training and a licensed physical therapist specializing in craniosacral therapy for which studied with the Upledger Institute. She is also trained in process acupressure, chakra balancing, and manual therapy.  When not working, Cricket can be found skiing, salsa dancing, camping, or traveling with her husband, Dan, and their dog, Santino.
